Therapy is a safe place that allows you to process your thoughts and feelings allowing you to explore the “why” behind your behaviors. Understanding this relationship helps you to break negative patterns and make more intentional, positive choices.

Q: What are the first few sessions like?

A: The first few therapy sessions are a chance for your therapist to get to know you and understand what’s standing in the way of you living your best life. After that, you’ll work together on the steps to reach the goals you’ve set.

Q: Why did you become a therapist?

A: I became a therapist because I want to help break down the stigma around seeking mental health support. Everyone deserves the help they need to live their best life.

Q: What’s 1 thing you want people to know about you? 

A: I’m all about helping others tackle the stuff that is blocking their path towards the life they want to live.
