Therapy focuses: suicidality, trauma, oppositional defiance disorder, identity concerns, anger management, relationship concerns, anxiety and depression

Q: What are the first few sessions like?

A: The first few sessions of therapy give you a chance to get to know the therapist, as she learns more about you. You all are able to discuss what is currently getting in the way of you "living your best life" and begin to take steps to overcome it.

Q: Why did you become a therapist?

A: I became a therapist to help people that suffer silently due to the stigma placed on seeking assistance for mental health. I wanted to assist others in getting the support that they need and deserve to live their best life.

Q: What’s 1 thing you want people to know about you? 

A: I love helping others to overcome any barriers that are getting in the way of them enjoying life to the fullest.
