Our therapists are accepting new clients now. No waitlist.

Swell is building a mental health platform for the middle working class. The people who can’t afford to pay hundreds out of pocket for therapy.

We started with military members and their families. While many mental health issues are universal, our therapists get additional training/support for issues that disproportionately affect service members, military spouses, and first responders.

With that said, Swell is inclusive for everyone. We’ve expanded access to additional insurers so that more people in Tennessee and Kentucky can access care.

Better mental healthcare for Tennessee & Kentucky.

In addition to evidence-based talk therapy, we give you access to skill-building exercises that help you practice and solidify some of the techniques you learn with your therapist.

Our therapists have openings for new clients right now. Just download our app below or fill out the form and a member of our team will reach out.

Our platform is not subscription-based. Sessions are 55 minutes and happen over video through your phone or computer. We accept Tricare, Aetna & Cigna to cover the cost of each therapy session and we provide our app to you for free.

Jessica Brady, LPC-MHSP

Therapy is a safe space to spill the tea. No matter how supportive our friends, family, and partners are we all hit a wall with sharing-we convince ourselves that we have overshared or over burdened them so we end up holding our thoughts, feelings, worries, shame, and pain inside. That is where therapy can help. Therapy provides a place to talk without judgement or fear. I am hear to listen and to walk with you through the pain and healing.

In my sessions I utilize a lot of cognitive behavioral skills. We will focus on how our thoughts create our feelings and then feelings drive our behaviors. It can be so powerful when we learn to identify and reframe our negative thinking patterns in efforts to gain control over our emotions.

Kelly Sevin, LMFT

I see therapy as a collaborative process where I seek to understand you, your needs and your goals while offering new perspectives and teaching you new skills.

I want to help you understand yourself more and to find healing in relationships with others and with yourself.

I am the Director of Clinical Therapy at Swell Health and am passionate about helping people find their purpose, believe in their inherent value, and cultivate happiness.
