Emotional Intimacy

What’s that?

It’s the closeness you feel when you let yourself see and be seen by your partner.

It’s not the same as sexual intimacy, but it does lead to a greater connection, which usually improves sexual intimacy.

Imagine feeling fully seen, known and accepted exactly as you are.

Imagine laying yourself bare - sharing your deepest most vulnerable thoughts without fear of risking the relationship.

Intimacy activates our feel-good neurotransmitters: oxytocin, endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin.

If it feels like closeness is missing in your relationship, intimacy might be what you need.

The good news is: you can build it at any stage in the relationship.

Come back next week to learn HOW.
